Terms & Conditions – RestoreX360 Compatibility With Restricted Policies
Important Notice
By installing and using RestoreX360 on any Windows computer, server, or network environment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding Windows Restrictions, Group Policies, and Security Configurations.
Policy & Restriction Compatibility Disclaimer
RestoreX360 is a low-level system recovery and snapshot-based software that interacts deeply with Windows operating system components, boot services, explorer services, registry entries, and system permissions.
Due to this architecture, after installation of RestoreX360, certain Windows restrictions or policies implemented through:
- Group Policy (GPO)
- Domain Controller Policies
- Local Security Policies
- Registry Restrictions
- Third-Party Lockdown Software
- Windows Security Restrictions
may become temporarily disabled, bypassed, reset, or automatically unblocked.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Task Manager
- CMD (Command Prompt)
- Control Panel
- Computer Management
- Device Manager
- Registry Editor
- PowerShell
- File Explorer Restrictions
- Search Restrictions
- Rename/File Restrictions
- Ctrl + Alt + Delete Options
- Recycle Bin Restrictions
- Notepad/Paint Restrictions
- Network Client Policies
Customer Responsibility
The customer understands and accepts that:
- RestoreX360 is designed primarily for system restore, rollback, recovery, and snapshot protection purposes.
- Existing Windows restrictions implemented before installation may not function properly after installation of RestoreX360.
- UQuick Technologies India Limited shall not be held responsible for:
- automatic unblocking of Windows utilities,
- policy conflicts,
- domain policy override issues,
- restriction bypass behavior,
- incompatibility with third-party lockdown software,
- or changes in Windows security configurations.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- test RestoreX360 in their environment before deployment,
- verify compatibility with Domain Policies and Active Directory,
- and reconfigure restrictions after installation if required.
Enterprise Environment Recommendation
For enterprise or domain environments, it is strongly recommended that:
- RestoreX360 be tested on a non-production machine first.
- Group Policies be reapplied after installation.
- IT administrators verify all security restrictions after every RestoreX360 deployment or update.
No Liability Clause
UQuick Technologies India Limited and RestoreX360 shall not be liable for any:
- policy bypass,
- administrative access exposure,
- restriction failure,
- security conflicts,
- operational interruption,
- or management issues
arising due to interaction between RestoreX360 and Windows restriction mechanisms.
Acceptance
By installing, activating, or using RestoreX360, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
