1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

1.1 Overview
By installing, accessing, or using any Company products (software, printed materials, online credentials, supporting materials or services), you (an adult user or the legal entity you represent) agree to this EULA. Installed or used Company products are governed by this EULA. The Company’s license includes a dispute-resolution clause that affects your legal rights.
1.2 Grant of License
To obtain and use licensed products you must accept all terms of this Agreement.
“You” means the individual, company, or legal entity that accepts these terms. If you accept on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
If you do not accept all terms, you must not install or use the products and should return them to the point of purchase for a refund (where applicable). Whether paid or free, unaccepted products must be deleted/destroyed.
Trial licenses (if provided) are non-exclusive, limited, and governed by the trial terms; typically the trial license permits one copy on one device for a single user.
If you purchase a paid license from the Company or an authorized reseller, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the permitted number of copies on the specified devices once payment and terms are satisfied.
The Company may terminate trial or paid licenses at any time for illegal or unauthorized activity.
1.3 Restrictions & Responsibilities
You may use Company products only as permitted by the license (personal, commercial, or both as specified).
Do not combine, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, create derivative works, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit the software except as permitted by mandatory law.
Do not attempt to access source code or circumvent license mechanisms.
Do not install Company products on unsupported devices (check technical specifications).
Do not publish benchmarking results or test the software publicly without Company consent.
You are responsible for backing up your data. The Company does not guarantee data backup or restoration.
You must not use the Company’s website or products to transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal content; the Company assumes no liability for user-submitted content.
1.4 Limitation of Liability & Warranty
The Company warrants that physical media (if any) are free from defects for 30 days from delivery, to the extent permitted by law.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTIES — express or implied — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.
The Company does not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation or that the products meet your system requirements.
Your sole remedy for defective products is limited as described herein. The Company’s aggregate liability is limited to 30% of the amounts you paid (exclusive of GST) for the product in the six months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages (including lost data, profits, or business interruption). Some jurisdictions may restrict such exclusions.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Company products, software, source code, activation codes, documentation, designs, trademarks (including RestoreX and RestoreX360), and related materials are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Purchases grant a license to use the software — they do not transfer ownership of the software or associated intellectual property. You must not remove any copyright or trademark notices.
3. Updates & Support
The Company may provide updates, patches, or new features but is not obligated to do so except where you have a valid maintenance/subscription.
Updates may be designated as paid content or require separate subscriptions. The Company may cease updates or support at any time.

4. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your license for breach. Upon termination you must stop using the software and delete all copies. Licenses may be automatically deactivated upon expiry or termination.
No refunds are available for activated licenses except as required by law.
5. Payment & Pricing Terms
You agree to pay the price set out at the point of purchase. Prices may be exclusive of taxes (GST).
Accepted payment methods include Paytm, credit/debit card, net banking, mobile wallets, and UPI.
Late payments may result in suspension. The Company reserves the right to change pricing or taxes and to adjust or end promotions without notice.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy below.

7. Support & Technical Services (Online Technical Support)
Support is available to registered users who purchased directly from UQuick via the official website. If you purchased through a dealer/reseller, contact that dealer for support.

), phone, WhatsApp video (premium customers), and approved remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer). Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
Assistance may require product serial/activation, contact details, and permission to access files. You must back up essential data before support. The Company may record sessions for quality and security.
The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by network or power failures during support sessions.
8. Refund Policy (Short version)
The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy for delivered product keys. Once a product key is delivered (physical box, email, WhatsApp, Excel file, or other), refunds are not permitted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
A 7-day and 30-day fully functional trial is offered; customers are strongly encouraged to evaluate using the trial before purchase.
For purchases made through third parties or resellers, refunds/cancellations must be pursued with that seller. The Company does not provide refunds for unauthorized/third-party purchases.

9. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions may be renewed through the official website, UQuick app, or support. Renewing entitles customers to support, patches, and updates as per subscription terms.
Failure to renew may result in deactivation after expiry and loss of access/support.
Auto-renewal charges continue until cancelled. You may cancel auto-renewal via the app or by contacting support. Customers will be notified approximately 30 days before renewal via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
10. Uninstall Policy
Uninstalling Company software may cause data loss or system changes; users must back up before uninstalling. The Company is not responsible for data loss from uninstallation.
Follow the guidance on the official website for safe uninstallation and contact support if needed.
11. Product Replacement Policy
Replacement is permitted only if the product key has not been activated. Additional charges include the price difference and applicable GST (18%).

12. No Remote or Unauthorized Control Policy
Last updated: 18/11/2024. The Company will not access or control customer devices without explicit consent. Any remote action requires prior permission from the customer. Contact compliance@restorex360.com

13. Installation, Low Disk Space & Insufficient Space Terms
Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient disk space and compatibility. The Company does not guarantee success if system partitions are inadequate. Backup before installation is mandatory. The Company is not liable for data loss caused by insufficient space, improper installation, or third-party hardware/software failures.
14. Recovery and Snapshot Guidance (RestoreX360 product info)
RestoreX360 provides snapshot-based recovery to restore OS, applications, and data. For best performance the Company recommends SSD/M.2/NVMe drives and hardware within the listed requirements. The Company is not liable for issues caused by low-quality or unsupported hardware.
15. Terms of Use (Website) — Summary
By accessing the website you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. Unauthorized use or copying of website content is prohibited.
The website content is provided “as is.” The Company disclaims all warranties.
The Company may modify site content and terms at any time; continued use means acceptance of changes.
