- All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is completed and payment is successful, it is considered final. No refunds or returns will be provided.
- Non-Returnable Software Products: Our products are digital software licenses. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we cannot accept any returns once the product key has been issued.
- Incorrect Orders: If you place an order for the wrong product, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. Please verify the product details before completing your purchase.
- Instant Delivery of Product Keys: Upon successful payment, your software license key is generated and delivered. Once this key is issued, the product is deemed "used" and is no longer eligible for return.
- No Physical Shipping: All of our products are delivered electronically. Since there is no physical shipment, traditional return methods do not apply.
- Contact for Technical Support Only: If you encounter issues with installation or activation, our support team is available to assist, but this does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
