Question:

How Does RestoreX360 Work?

RestoreX360’s heart lies in a technology enabling PC snapshots and instant recovery. This snapshot is designed with the principle of WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) in mind. RestoreX360 can quickly recover files from snapshots and even roll back the system to a snapshot within seconds.

What is a Snapshot?

A snapshot is a “picture” of the PC at a given time. It contains 100% of the OS, programs, settings, and user data. Technically speaking, a snapshot is a map of the complex drive sectors and the map’s indexing system, which is based on very complicated algorithms.

Essential Points to Note:

RestoreX360 recommends having SSD, M.2, and NVMe for Better Performance.

Suppose the customer wants the PC to run fast and smoothly. The RestoreX360 Support Team recommends installing an SSD (Solid State Drive) Hard Disk in your Operating System for the best performance.

RestoreX360 is also recommended to have a minimum 256 GB SSD or 256 partition on a PC or laptop.

If third-party antivirus demos or security software cause conflicts, hangs, or operating system issues, RestoreX360 shall not be responsible for problems arising solely due to such third-party software.

The company recommends some high-quality hard disks. Also, suppose you use some local company hard disks from another third party (Computer Dealer or Vendor), and your PC gets corrupted or other damages occur. In that case, the Company shall not be responsible for damages arising solely due to defects in third-party hard disks supplied by another vendor.

We recommend replacing hard disks older than 3–4 years to improve data security and system performance. If an older hard disk is not replaced, the risk of hardware-related failure may increase. RestoreX360 shall not be responsible for damage arising solely due to such aging hardware.

Please Note: If the customer does not follow RestoreX360’s recommended hardware or software guidance, performance issues may arise. RestoreX360 shall not be responsible for such issues where they arise solely due to non-compliance with the recommended guidelines.

RestoreX360 always recommends high-quality hardware for better performance and speed.

Legal Limitation of Liability (India Compliant)
Nothing in this Installation Policy shall exclude or limit any statutory rights of consumers available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any other applicable law in India. RestoreX360’s liability, if any, shall not be excluded in cases of software defects, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
