Uninstall Policy

Before uninstalling any UQuick software, users must carefully review this Uninstall Policy. UQuick Technologies India Limited (“UQuick”) may update this policy from time to time. Any updated version shall be published on the official website and shall apply prospectively.

 

1. Important Notice

Uninstalling UQuick software may result in the loss of certain files, snapshots, or system settings. Users are strongly advised to take a complete backup of all important data before proceeding.

UQuick shall not be responsible for any loss arising solely due to user action, failure to take backups, power failure, malware, ransomware, cyber-attack, improper uninstallation, or system issues not caused by the UQuick software.

However, this shall not exclude or limit liability arising from software defects, deficiency in service, or negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, as required under applicable Indian law.

 

2. Third-Party Channels

If the software has been obtained through any Dealer, Reseller, or Distributor, UQuick shall not be responsible for data loss or damage arising solely due to improper installation or uninstallation by such third party.
This clause does not affect the statutory rights of customers under Indian consumer laws.

 

3. User Responsibility

If a user proceeds with uninstallation without fully understanding its impact, UQuick shall not be liable for any issues arising solely due to such user action and not attributable to any defect or deficiency in service, unless such loss is proven to be caused by a defect in the software or negligence on the part of the Company.

 

4. Website Guidance

The official UQuick website provides recommended steps for safe uninstallation. Failure to follow these steps shall be at the user’s own risk, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws.

 

5. Technical Support

UQuick’s Support Team is available to assist with the uninstall process. However, if users choose to use any third-party uninstaller tools, they do so entirely at their own risk.
UQuick shall not be liable for data loss or system corruption arising solely due to such third-party tools, unless directly caused by a defect in UQuick software.

 

6. Legal Rights & Limitation of Liability (India Compliant)

Nothing in this Uninstall Policy shall exclude or limit any statutory rights available to users under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any other applicable law in India.
Users always retain the right to seek legal remedies as provided under Indian law.

 

7. Standard Uninstallation Steps

  1. Back up all important data and system settings

  2. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program

  3. Select the RestoreX360 software from the list

  4. Click “Uninstall” and follow the on-screen instructions

  5. Restart your system after completion

  6. If any issues occur, contact UQuick Support

 

Acknowledgement

By uninstalling the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Uninstall Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the uninstallation.

This Uninstall Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
