⚠️ Important Update: Discontinuation of RestoreX360 Version 12.7

In view of ongoing system-level updates, cybersecurity developments, and platform compatibility requirements, RestoreX360 Version 12.7 is being officially discontinued.

Designed for improved compatibility, performance, stability, and security with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

 

✅ What You Need To Do

✅ For Customers:

If you are currently using Version 12.7 on Windows 10 or Windows 11, we strongly recommend upgrading to Version 12.9 at the earliest, as per the applicable Upgrade Policy.

✅ For Dealers / Resellers:

If you are selling, distributing, or holding stock of Version 12.7, kindly replace it with Version 12.9, as per the Company’s Product Replacement Policy.

📅 Important Notice on Replacements:

After 13/10/2025, RestoreX360 may not process replacement requests for Version 12.7,
subject always to the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other mandatory Indian laws.

 

✅ Legally Proper Communication & Upgrade Responsibility Clause

For software upgrades, the Company does not issue individual emails, calls, messages, or any other direct communications to customers or dealers as a general practice.

All users, dealers, and partners are responsible for staying updated through the Company’s official software announcements published on the official website and other authorized Company platforms.

Failure to review such announcements shall not, by itself, create any liability on the part of the Company,
subject always to applicable provisions of Indian law.
