Terms and Conditions – Insufficient Space & Low Disk Space Issues (RestoreX360)

By using any product or service offered by RestoreX360, you fully accept and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our software or services.
1. No Guarantee, Responsibility, or Liability
- RestoreX360 does not provide any guarantee, warranty, or assurance that the system will function correctly if your C: drive or any partition has insufficient space.
- If your Windows operating system or any software becomes corrupted, damaged, or unresponsive due to low disk space or any similar reason, you cannot claim:
- Any type of guarantee
- Any form of responsibility from RestoreX360
- Any liability, refund, compensation, or replacement
- Any type of loss (including data loss, system failure, time loss, or financial loss)
➡️ You cannot claim anything from RestoreX360 at any cost.
2. User Responsibility for Disk Space and Backup
Before using any product or service from RestoreX360, it is the user’s sole responsibility to:
- Ensure that the C: drive or relevant system partition has sufficient free space.
- Calculate and create a full backup of all personal and critical data before any system restoration, installation, or repair.
- Allocate enough partition space for a proper and stable system environment.
RestoreX360 is not responsible for checking, adjusting, or advising on your partition setup. Any failure due to poor disk management is entirely your responsibility.
3. No Liability for Pre-Existing or User-Caused Issues
- If your system is already corrupted, unstable, or malfunctioning due to user mismanagement, low space, virus/malware, or previous failed attempts at repair or installation:
- RestoreX360 will not be held responsible for any further damage, unsuccessful repair, or data loss.
- You agree not to raise any claims, disputes, or complaints against RestoreX360.
4. Acceptance of Full Risk by the User
By proceeding to use RestoreX360 products or services, you confirm that:
- You understand and accept all risks involved in system repair or software use.
- You agree that RestoreX360 will not be held liable in any way for any outcome.
- You waive all rights to any compensation, legal action, or claim under any circumstances.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with any service or using any product from RestoreX360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, do not proceed with the installation, recovery, or use of any RestoreX360 product or service.
