Refund Policy

Dear Valued customers, dealers, etc.

At UQuick Technologies India Limited (RestoreX360), refunds are governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. While digital license sales are generally non-refundable after delivery, refunds may be issued where required by law, including but not limited to cases of defective products, deficiency of service, duplicate payments, or fraudulent transactions.

Once the product key is delivered through any method (physical box, email, WhatsApp, Excel file, or other means), the sale is treated as completed. However, this shall not affect the customer’s statutory refund rights under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All customers, dealers, distributors, resellers, and associated parties shall be bound by the Refund Policy. Any amendments or updates to the Refund Policy shall apply only to future purchases and shall not apply retroactively unless required under Indian law.

Publication of the updated Refund Policy on the Company’s official website shall constitute sufficient notice of such updates.

Electronic communications, including call recordings, emails, and chat messages, may be considered as evidence subject to verification under applicable Indian law.

1. Full Functional Trial Period

To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a 7-day and 30-day fully functional trial of our product. This trial allows you to evaluate our product’s features and confirm it meets your requirements before making a purchase. We highly recommend testing our full functional trial period before buying the product.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 Once a product key is delivered via physical box, email, WhatsApp, or any other method, refunds shall not be provided except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, such as cases of accidental duplicate payments, defective software, deficiency in service, misrepresentation, or unlawful charges. Delivery of the product key shall constitute final delivery.

2.2 If a customer purchases RestoreX360 products and requests a refund after successful delivery or activation, no refund shall be granted except where required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in cases of software defect, deficiency in service, misrepresentation, or unlawful charge.

2.3 No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed if a customer accidentally purchases the wrong product. For assistance, please contact our sales team at sales@restorex360.com.

2.4 If there is a difference in pricing between dealers, resellers, distributors, or other customers, no refunds will be provided, and you cannot claim a refund due to price differences.

2.5 You cannot claim a refund due to differences in pricing between the company website, other websites or e-commerce platforms, and other sales channels.

2.6 Refunds, where legally required, shall be processed through the original mode of payment in accordance with RBI and banking regulations.

2.7 Electronic communications including emails, WhatsApp messages, call recordings, and digital receipts may be considered as evidence subject to verification in accordance with applicable Indian law. Such communications alone shall not guarantee a refund unless supported by legally valid proof of deficiency of service, defect, fraud, or unlawful charge.

2.8 OEM Development Orders: If you have ordered an OEM Development, the development cost is non-refundable.

2.9 RestoreX360 or UQuick Technologies India Limited is not responsible for the handling, physical movement, or logistics of product boxes after purchase. This clause does not affect statutory rights granted under Indian consumer laws. 

3. Responsibility for Hardware and Software Issues

3.1 UQuick Technologies India Limited shall not be responsible for data loss arising solely due to hardware failure, third-party software, viruses, improper usage, or unsupported systems. This shall not exclude liability arising from software defects or negligence.

3.2 Customers are encouraged to review the hardware specifications provided on our website to ensure compatibility. We recommend:

  • 8 GB to 64 GB RAM for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, and future versions.

  • SSD, M.2, or NVMe drives for optimal performance.

  • 150 GB* to 450 GB* of free space in the C drive for Microsoft Windows installation, essential software, and RestoreX360 snapshot backups.

If performance issues arise solely due to hardware limitations or third-party factors, and not due to any defect in the RestoreX360 software, no refund shall be issued.

4. Misuse of Product and License Deactivation

4.1 If a customer, dealer, reseller, or any third party is found misusing RestoreX360 products, their product key or license will be permanently deactivated without any eligibility for a refund.

4.2 Deactivated keys cannot be reactivated. To continue using the product, a new license must be purchased at the latest pricing.

5. Unauthorized Payments

5.1 UQuick Technologies India Limited (RestoreX360) is not responsible for unauthorized transactions caused by customer negligence, third-party fraud, or banking failures. Customers may email account@restorex360.com with supporting documents such as bank statements for assistance. Any resolution shall be subject to verification and applicable RBI and banking regulations.

6. Dealer and Third-Party Purchases

6.1 If you purchase RestoreX360 products from a dealer, reseller, or any other third-party portal, refunds and cancellations must be handled through that specific dealer or platform in accordance with their refund policies.

6.2 RestoreX360 is not responsible for processing refunds for purchases made outside of the official e-commerce website.

7. Price Adjustments and Promotions

7.1 No refunds or price adjustments will be provided due to price drops, promotional offers, or discounts after a purchase is completed.

7.2 Promotional email discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is completed.

8. Product Performance Guarantee

8.1 If a customer requests a refund due to alleged product failure, no refund will be issued if the product performs as advertised.

8.2 Customers are encouraged to test the 7-day and 30-day full functional trial before purchasing to evaluate the product’s capabilities.

9. Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India (Bharat). Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction. However, nothing in this clause shall restrict the statutory rights of consumers to approach the appropriate Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
