The following statement discloses UQuick Technologies India Limited ( from now on, you can refer to it as “UQuick”). We may update this Renewal Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on our official website and shall apply prospectively.

  1. Customers can renew their subscription to their purchased product from the RestoreX360 official Website or UQuick App or call our Support Team.
  2. Customers who renew their subscriptions can benefit from technical support, bug solutions, updated patches, the latest version, and more. However, customers will only receive an update after renewing the Purchased Product’s Subscription.
  3. If customers still need to renew the purchased product on the renewal date, we will deactivate them after the expiration date.
  4. If the customer does not renew the product after expiry, technical support and update services shall be discontinued. The Company shall not be responsible for data loss arising solely due to use after expiry. This shall not exclude liability arising from software defects or gross negligence as per Indian law.
  5. UQuick will remind you 30 days before the Subscription renewal date via WhatsApp, telephone, notifications, or E-mail.
  6. A license key can only be activated or used as a product key on the current Device; customers won’t activate it on another device.
  7. In subscription renewal, the customer will only get updated versions; Customers must pay additional upgrade charges, if applicable, as displayed at the time of upgrade.
  8. By purchasing a monthly/yearly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly/annual subscription fee at the current monthly/yearly subscription rate. Until you cancel your subscription, you are responsible for all recurring charges.
  9. You may cancel your auto-renewal process from your bank account of your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from our RestoreX360 app or contact our support team.
  10. If you are not using your credit or debit card for a payment method, you may contact us for another payment method.

All recurring payments shall be processed strictly in accordance with RBI auto-debit and e-mandate guidelines, including prior notification, customer consent, and easy cancellation options.

This Renewal Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
