Product Replacement Policy

Dear Dealers, Distributors, Customers, and Partners,

At UQuick Technologies India Limited, we remain dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards and providing exceptional service to all our stakeholders. To ensure a seamless and legally compliant product replacement process, we have outlined the following Product Replacement Policy, which is fully aligned with our Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA).

 

1. Conditions for Replacement (Voluntary, Non-Defective)

  • The product key associated with the item must not have been activated or used.

  • This Product Replacement Policy applies only to voluntary, non-defective replacement requests initiated by the customer and shall be in addition to, and not in substitution of, any statutory warranty, refund, or defect-related remedies available under applicable Indian law.

  • The customer shall be required to pay only the price difference between:

    • The original purchase price, and

    • The current market price of the replacement product as displayed on the official RestoreX360 / UQuick website or authorized price list on the date of approval.

  • Applicable GST shall be charged strictly as per the prevailing rate notified by the Government of India on the differential amount only, and a valid tax invoice shall be issued in compliance with GST laws.

 

2. Defective Product Replacement (Statutory Protection)

Nothing in this policy shall restrict, limit, or override the customer’s statutory rights under:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Or any other applicable Indian law

In case of a proven manufacturing defect, software defect, misrepresentation, or deficiency in service, the customer shall be legally entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable under law, regardless of activation status, subject to verification and applicable warranty and EULA terms.

 

3. Replacement Period

  • All voluntary (non-defective) replacement requests must be raised within 7 working days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Defect-based claims may be raised within the limitation period prescribed under applicable law and/or warranty terms, even beyond 7 working days.

 

4. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, send an email to replacement@restorex360.com with:

  • Product Name and Model

  • Serial Number / Product Key (if applicable)

  • Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Confirmation that the product key has not been activated (for voluntary replacements)

  • Contact Information (name, phone number & delivery address)

Upon approval, formal replacement and dispatch instructions will be issued by the Company.

 

5. Important Notes

  • Requests that do not meet the above conditions for voluntary replacement shall not be processed under this voluntary policy.
    However, this does not restrict customers from raising defect-based grievances under Indian law.

  • GST shall be charged strictly as per Government-notified rates only.

  • This policy shall be read in harmony with the Company’s Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA).

  • In case of any conflict, statutory consumer rights shall always prevail.

 

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law (India Compliant)

This Product Replacement Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict the statutory right of consumers to approach the appropriate District, State, or National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission having jurisdiction under law.

 

7. Company’s Right to Verification

Verification Rights
UQuick Technologies India Limited reserves the absolute right to verify the authenticity of the product, purchase records, product key status, activation status, dealer authorization, and compliance with licensing terms before approving any replacement request. Any request found to be based on false information, tampered product keys, or unauthorized sales channels shall be rejected without liability to the Company.

 

8. No Replacement for License Misuse

Exclusion for License Misuse & Violations
No replacement shall be permitted in cases where the product or license key has been found to be misused, resold without authorization, shared unlawfully, tampered with, reverse engineered, or used in violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA), except where replacement is expressly mandated by applicable Indian law.

 

9. Shipping & Logistics Cost Clarity

Shipping & Logistics Charges
If physical shipment of any product, box, or replacement media is required, shipping, courier, or logistics charges (if any) shall be borne by the customer, unless expressly waived by the Company in writing. All such charges shall be communicated in advance before processing the replacement.

 

10. Authorized Purchase Limitation

Authorized Source Requirement
This Product Replacement Policy shall apply only to products purchased directly from UQuick Technologies India Limited, the official RestoreX360 website, or through authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers listed on the Company’s official website.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, grey-market sources, or unverified online platforms shall not be eligible for replacement, except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
