⚠️ Important Update: Discontinuation of RestoreX360 Version 12.7

In view of ongoing system-level updates, security developments, and platform compatibility requirements, RestoreX360 Version 12.7 will be officially discontinued from further updates and non-mandatory support, while statutory consumer rights (if applicable) will continue to be honoured.

RestoreX360 Version 12.9, designed for improved compatibility, performance, and security with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

✅ What You Need To Do

Customers:

If you are currently using Version 12.7 on Windows 10 or Windows 11, we strongly recommend upgrading to Version 12.9 at the earliest, as per the applicable upgrade policy.

Dealers / Resellers:

If you are selling, distributing, or holding stock of Version 12.7, kindly replace it with Version 12.9, as per the Company’s product replacement policy.

📅 Important Notice on Replacements:

RestoreX360 may limit or discontinue replacement requests for Version 12.7 after 13/10/2025, except where replacement or repair is mandatorily required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.

Legally Proper Communication & Upgrade Responsibility Clause

For software upgrades, The Company generally does not send individual notifications for routine software upgrades. However, any communication legally required under Indian law will continue to be honoured.

Users, dealers, and partners are responsible for regularly reviewing the Company’s official announcements for updates.

Failure to review such announcements shall not create any additional liability for the Company, except as otherwise required under applicable Indian law.
