UQuick Technologies India Limited is committed to supporting user rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process personal data only through duly vetted, security-compliant data processing partners in accordance with applicable data protection agreements.

Upon account deletion or withdrawal of consent, personal data shall be deleted or irreversibly anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for compliance with applicable laws, taxation requirements, cybersecurity obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

In such legally required cases, limited data may be retained for up to 6 years or such other period as mandated by law, after which it shall be permanently deleted using secure disposal methods.

34.2 We know that if you work with EU customers, you must give them access to read, update, retrieve, and remove personal data. We got you!
